Initial Consultation - $500
Acomprehensive in home consultation to evaluate your space, understand your goals, and establish a clear design direction. This is a standalone service and is not applied toward future design work.
Perspective Renderings - $1,200
Ascaled visual representation used to establish layout, proportion, and overall direction. Includes one revision and serves as a roadmap prior to purchasing or installation.
Paint & Color Consultation - $350
Color is never selected in isolation. Each selection relates to flooring, cabinetry, furnishings, and lighting to ensure a cohesive and lasting result for one room or defined area.
Procurement & Project Coordination
Afull-service process including furniture layouts for proper flow and scale, selection based on structural quality and longevity, fabric guidance based on use, and coordination of all orders and installations to ensure a cohesive result.
Investment Structure
5% up to $10,000 | 4% from $10,001-$20,000 | 3.5% over $20,000
