Professional Interior Design - Investment
Initial Consultation - $500
A comprehensive in home consultation to evaluate your space, understand your goals, and establish a clear design direction. This is a standalone service and is not applied toward future design work.
Perspective Renderings - $1,200
A scaled visual representation used to establish layout, proportion, and overall direction. Includes one revision and serves as a roadmap prior to purchasing or installation.
Paint & Color Consultation - $350
Color is never selected in isolation. Each selection relates to flooring, cabinetry, furnishings, and lighting to ensure a cohesive and lasting result for one room or defined area.
Procurement & Project Coordination
Selecting furnishings is far more than choosing pieces that look attractive. Every recommendation is evaluated for scale, proportion, comfort, construction quality, durability, finish, fabric performance, and how it contributes to the overall design plan.
Whether selections are made in a showroom or sourced online, each piece is carefully considered to ensure it complements the space, functions well for the client's lifestyle, and creates a cohesive finished interior.
Professional procurement also includes order coordination, vendor communication, delivery scheduling, installation oversight, and resolution of any issues that may arise before the project is complete.

Investment Structure
This service applies to furniture procurement only and reflects the time, research, coordination, and project management required throughout the purchasing process.
• 5% on furniture purchases up to $10,000
• 4% on furniture purchases from $10,001–$20,000
• 3.5% on furniture purchases over $20,000
Accessory shopping, artwork, decorative accents, and consultation-only purchases—whether sourced in stores or online—are billed separately and are not included in this procurement structure.
